FAQs

What is the registration fee?
$2200 per person

What is included in the registration fee?

  • 3 nights accommodation in a private room at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort
  • 2 evening receptions including food and drinks at the opening and closing of the event
  • 2 Breakfasts and 2 Lunches on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Transportation to Carlsbad Village on Wednesday for “Night on your own with your new best friends”

What is not included in the registration fee?

  • Transportation to and from the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort
  • Dinner on Wednesday night
  • Breakfast on Friday morning
  • Parking

How is the registration fee paid?
Registration fees will be invoiced as part of your organization’s monthly PEAK 15 bill. 

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Registration is non-refundable but can be transfered to another person within your organization up to 30 days before the start of the event

What airport do you recommend flying into?

  • San Diego International Airport (SAN) is 30 miles south of the resort
  • John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 60 miles north of the resort
  • Los Angeles International (LAX) is 100 miles north of the resort.

Can multiple people from my company attend?
Yes!

Can I bring my spouse, partner, friend?
Yes! Assuming you plan to share a room, the only fee will an additional $300 to cover the costs for the meals and receptions. We will provide a link in mid-July so you can share whether you plan to bring any guests. The deadline will be mid-October.

Can I share a room with another attendee?
Yes! However, we will only be able to provide a room sharing discount once our room block guarantee is met. Once the block guarantee is met, a $150 discount will be applied to the registration fee for both attendees share a room. We will provide a link in mid-July so you can request room shares. The deadline will be mid-October.

How can I book extra pre or post nights?
We have secured the ability for you to book extra nights for 2 nights before and 2 nights after the event at the discounted group rate of $300 per room (plus taxes). We will provide a link in mid-July so you can book those. The deadline will be mid-October.
