Collaboration is central to who we are. By understanding the challenges our customers face, we create solutions that strengthen their operations and enhance their guest experiences. We realized early on that in person connection is crucial to community, which led to the annual PEAK 15 Summit.

In 2017, the first annual PEAK 15 Summit was held. Since then there have been five total PEAK 15 Summits, all taking place in Southern California. The Summit is a three day event designed around real conversations happening in the travel industry. It’s a gathering where PEAK 15 community members come together face-to-face to learn, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships.

The highlight each year is our customer-led presentations. Here, the experts are not our team, they are you. Community members showcase how they use PEAK 15 in innovative ways, sparking ideas and inspiration for everyone. Each session is shaped by feedback from customer surveys and an agenda is built around what our customers want to see most, ensuring everyone leaves the summit with actionable insights they can apply to their own operations. Along with our customer-led presentations the PEAK 15 Summit also includes panel discussions with our partners, PEAK 15 led sessions and hands on training, so attendees get a well rounded experience.
